For the very first post on my blog, I thought it appropriate to post a snipit of the film which inspired it all in the first place. The incredibly charming short film, 'Le Ballon Rouge'. You might know it from you childhood, however it was composed all the way back in 1956 by frenchman Albert Lamorisse. An incredibly charming little film, following a little boy and his red balloon through the streets of Paris. No music, no real plot, but somehow utterly captivating and by far one of the coolest films I've ever seen. I've always wondered what happened to the little boy in the film, so you could say that this blog is dedicated to him, the film and of course to Paris. The one and only everlasting home of fashion.
